RATE POLICY

SERVICE RATES:

By acquiring the services of HJ Waterjet, Inc., you agree to the following service rates:

SERVICE	Description	Rate per hour (full hour increments)
STANDARD	8 hour minimum when travel via air is required. 4 hour minimum when travel via automobile exceeds 200 miles (to/from combined).	$145.00
OVERTIME	Over 8 hours worked in same day. Weekends or Holidays work hours.	Standard Rate x 1.5 Standard Rate x 2.0
TRAVEL TIME	To / From Customer site. Outside normal business hours (Monday – Friday).	$95.00 $125.00
TRAINING	Per Person (2 person minimum / 5 person maximum). On-site	$175.00
CANCELLATION FEES (scheduled service)	24hours prior to service technician’s departure. After service technician’s departure and before scheduled service. After service technician’s arrival.	Includes travel time $0 plus Expenses $225 plus Expenses $450 plus Expenses

CONDITIONS OF SERVICE:

A purchase order should be provided when service is scheduled. If the purchase order is issued with a “not-to exceed limit,” the limit should be sufficient to cover all reasonable and expected charges as defined by the technical services department. If the actual cost of service exceeds the limit of the purchase order, the customer will be responsible for amending the purchase order to cover the actual charges. If a credit card is to be used for payment, it will be “pre-authorized” before any service work is performed and before any parts are shipped / transferred. Emergency services can usually be scheduled within 24 hour.

Based on location and duration of service, other charges may be incurred.

ALL out-of-town service calls must be paid prior to technician departing our facility.
