The abrasive removal system is engineered to continuously extract spent abrasive from the waterjet catch tank, eliminating downtime for cleanout and maximizing production. It can be adapted to any abrasive waterjet cutting machine, with the appropriate system selected based on the tank’s square footage and the number of cutting heads. Our engineers design a custom-fit sweeper package that moves large quantities of abrasive along the bottom of the tank toward the suction, ensuring efficient operation and minimal downtime. The abrasive removal pump comes with a one-year or 2,000-hour warranty. When used together with a closed-loop filtration system, it also helps reduce consumable costs while maintaining smooth, uninterrupted production.

Standard abrasive removal systems include a custom-fit sweeper package, automated purge controls, and an abrasive hopper with a removable liner for efficient operation and easy maintenance.

The settling weir system is installed between the waterjet table and the closed-loop system, allowing maximum settling time for solids and extending the life of closed-loop consumables. It features a patented disposable liner for easy change-out, capable of holding up to 9?cu.?ft. of abrasive. The settling weir with the pump-back option accommodates installations where the weir is located more than 10?feet from the closed-loop filtration system, ensuring efficient return of abrasive and water.

The closed-loop filtration system is designed to filter and treat waterjet overflow for reuse, supporting single or multiple heads on any waterjet table. By recycling water through the closed-loop system, you eliminate the need to drain, reduce water consumption, lower costs for treated water (such as RO units or water softeners), decrease machine maintenance, and maximize performance. Most importantly, the system protects your high-pressure pump by consistently supplying water that meets the manufacturer’s specified quality standards.
