The HJ Waterjet abrasive dosing feeder can be easily retrofitted to many systems, providing precise control of abrasive feed rates—one of the most significant operating costs in waterjet cutting.

• Dimensions: 16.94″ tall × 3.7″ wide, weighing 4?lbs.

• Stepless feed rates from 0 to 2.2?lbs./min, electronically controlled via a 12–30?V on/off signal, with 0–10?V input available. An optional potentiometer allows accurate manual adjustment of the abrasive flow rate.

• Easily maintainable, with only two long-life wear parts, and feed rates remain consistent over time, unlike manual feeders.

• Equipped with a backflow/non-return valve, with optional features including a valve sensor and level sensor for enhanced monitoring and control.
