The HJ-100010-1 Hydraulic Piston (Biscuit) is a low-pressure hydraulic component designed for use in compatible waterjet intensifier pumps. Also known as a hydraulic biscuit piston, it operates within the hydraulic section of the intensifier, helping convert hydraulic pressure into the reciprocating motion required for high-pressure waterjet cutting.
This traditional-style, two-band hydraulic piston is supplied without piston rings or seals, which must be purchased separately. It is suitable for maintenance and repair applications where the original-style piston configuration is required. Proper piston and seal selection is essential for reliable intensifier operation and consistent performance in demanding industrial waterjet cutting environments.
The HJ Waterjet HJ-100010-1 directly replaces H2O 100010-1, Flow 007026-1 and is also cross-referenced to 20457972, A-25-0003, and H100010-1. Verify the existing pump configuration and operating pressure before ordering to ensure compatibility.
