The HJ WATERJET HP Cylinder, Intensifier, 60K (HJ-007038-3 or HJ-100001-1) is a primary structural component of the high-pressure intensifier assembly, designed to contain and manage ultra-high-pressure water up to 60,000 PSI (4,100 bar).
The HJ-007038-3 or HJ-100001-1 HP Cylinder serves as the main pressure chamber where the reciprocating plunger compresses water to cutting pressure. It houses the entire high-pressure sealing system, including high- pressure seals, sleeves, spacers, and check valve components.
Because it operates under extreme cyclic stress, the HP cylinder is manufactured from high-strength, precision-machined alloy steel, ensuring durability, dimensional stability, and safe pressure containment.
